The Solution Sales Manager SMB is responsible for ensuring that the Spanish region consistently achieves its quarterly Enterprise business targets (revenue, margin, units, storage and key initiatives). This includes full accountability for the server, storage and networking business. The incumbent is responsible for managing a team of TSR (Technical Sales Representatives), and Enterprise SC (System Consultant).

Se requiere:
· Be an active member of the Spanish Senior Management Team — taking full ownership for
the Enterprise Business
· Demonstrate knowledge and control of the Enterprise Business for the Spanish region
· Drive strategic initiatives aimed at developing the Enterprise Business, taking into
account the different needs of each country/BU.
· Work closely with other members of the Spanish Sales Management Team and the Brand Manager to ensure that there’s always sufficient tactical activities in place to deliver the quarterly business plan
· Manage and participate in Enterprise Pipeline Reviews on a regular basis
· Provide regular and timely reporting on the Spanish Enterprise Business
· Proactively facilitate the personal and professional development of the Technical Sales Representatives within the Spanish ASG Team
. Develop actively in customers events, customers visits, etc.
. Help and support Team development, trainings and coaching programs
